    M&A/Strategy Analyst – Singapore

    I am currently working on behalf of the leading independent global provider of products, services and solutions who are looking to add an Analyst into their M&A and Strategy team in Singapore. The firm has recently expanded its operations in China following its merger and they would be keen to add new people into their new APAC headquarter.

    A multinational organization with operations on six continents and the parent company for 10 brands that provide services to the travel industry, including catering, hospitality, provisioning and logistics. Through its strategic acquisitions and partnerships, the firm is a leading global provider of products, services and solutions related to a passenger’s onboard experience.

    Key responsibilities of the role:
    - Responsible for leading projects focused on key strategic initiatives for the company
    - Work closely with business units and cross-functional leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive opportunities in  businesses. Projects include formulation of long-term strategic priorities and plans, analysis and recommendation related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement
    - Work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the executive leadership team
    - M&A projects including target identification, strategic assessment and financial modeling

    The successful candidate will need to have:
    - 1-3 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate development or corporate strategy
    - Ability to develop strong professional relationships
    - Proven track record of exceptional performance at all professional and educational career stages
    - Previous working experience in Asia
